Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY We are pleased to offer shipping within Singapore, Malaysia and to the UK and USA. Shipping rates vary based on your order details; please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address for an accurate quote
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Depending on the availability of the products, processing may take up to 15 days as we handmake each product.
Shipping Methods: Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated by our carriers based on factors such as order value, weight, package volume, and destination.
International Orders: International orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Do note that UK and USA shipping may take up to 10 working days.
Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once packages are handed over to the shipping provider, arrival times are beyond our control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES At aesu, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at support@aesu.store, and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns: Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we will work towards a resolution.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us so we can assist you appropriately.
Defective or Damaged Items: We carefully inspect all products before shipping, but if you receive a defective item, please email us at support@aesu.store with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve the matter.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY aesu is not responsible for the following:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Damage caused by postal services
- PO box-related delivery issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
