When will I receive my order?
The processing time may take up to 15 days depending on the availability of the products and supplies as we handmake each product. The delivery time will be approximately 1-3 working days depending on location. You should receive an email after it's been shipped out to see an estimated date of arrival!
As we are a newly opened small business operated by a party of one, your patience and kindness would be truly appreciated!
Returns & Refunds Policy
We apologize if you were unhappy with your product :(
If your item was damaged upon arrival we would be happy to send out a new order as a replacement!
Refunds are subjected to the issue, please email as at aesustore@gmail.com and we will try our best to help you!
Allergen Information
Our products are made around nuts, soy, wheat, and others. We cannot guarantee the elimination of these allergens. For your own safety please avoid purchasing from us if you have allergies to these items!

Product discrepancies in batches
As we handmake your products with lots of love, sometimes the product may have slight differences due to various factors like scents and coloring. However, this should not affect the formulation and the efficacy of the product!
