By using aesu.store, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.
We offer a range of skincare products, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use aesu.store, you will also be subject to the guidelines, terms, and agreements set by Aesu.
Electronic Communications
When you use aesu.store or send an email to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the aesu.store website or other online platforms. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
License and Access
Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and your payment of any applicable fees, Aesu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of aesu.store. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of aesu.store or its contents, any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices, any derivative use of aesu.store, any downloading or copying of account information for another merchant’s benefit, or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use are reserved by Aesu. No Aesu service or content may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without express written consent from Aesu. You may not misuse aesu.store. You may use aesu.store only as permitted by law. If you violate these Terms of Use, your license to use aesu.store may be terminated.
Your Account
If you create an account on aesu.store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Aesu.sg sells skincare products to adults who can purchase with a valid payment method. If you are under the age of majority in your country of residence, you may use aesu.store only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Aesu reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Personal Information and Privacy
Aesu respects your privacy and complies with data protection laws in Singapore (PDPA) and Malaysia (PDPA Malaysia). Your personal information may be used to process orders, provide customer service, send marketing emails (if consented), and for fraud prevention. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
By using aesu.store, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Handmade Variations
All skincare products sold by Aesu are handcrafted. As a result, slight variations in texture, scent, or appearance may occur. These variations do not affect product quality or efficacy.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from aesu.store are shipped under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our skincare products, Aesu does not accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a resolution. Refunds or exchanges may be granted at Aesu’s discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore and Malaysia.
